What we measure

Visitor counts are first-party. Request addresses are hashed with a salt that rotates daily. No raw address is stored by the video analytics service, no analytics cookie is set, and no third-party analytics script runs on these pages.

What we do not claim

No treatment here is presented as removing the underlying cause of pain, as a replacement for a clinician, or as something that works for everyone. Device claims must stay within their UKCA/CE marking.

Review and corrections

Published sessions need a named reviewer, a review date, a next-review date and an available video. Incomplete or overdue content stays a draft. Playback samples are separate from clinical content.
