“This is an excellent class that provided different tools and techniques to allow you to make
a plan to successfully manage your pain. The interactive element is very helpful to show
that you are not alone and you can learn from others' lived experience. This course should
be offered to anyone who has long term chronic pain condition and at an earlier stage if
possible. Thank you to all the professionals that have put this course together. It has
provided valuable insights in how to manage my pain and has given me a huge lift and
optimism for the future.
